I just installed Endpoint on a SUSE Linux box.

    When I run  /opt/Symantec/symantec_antivirus/sav liveupdate -u

It'll get to 99% and then I see this:

    98.000000%
    99.000000%
Command failed: Failure in post processing of micro definitions during update.
    Unable to perform update

There are no lulock.dat for me to delete, and I've tried clearing out my liveupdt.log, and the tmp file from my /tmp directory

    I've attached my latest liveupdt.log

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!

Error: "Command failed: Failure in pre processing of micro definitions before update" when running LiveUpdate from a command line in SAV for Linux 1.0.x

I've already checked these. I just installed it fine on another linux with less resources, and it works just fine.

There are no lulock.dat and *.tmp folders to delete from the virusdefs folder.

Not sure why, but I doubled the free space in /opt, and it worked. Just odd that the other machine didn't need that much space.

    Anywho, thanks for the reply!
