    Dear,

    i have only one endpoint 12.1.7166.6700 that not update virus def. 

    in sepm log i haven't problem:

    An update for Virus and Spyware Definitions Win32 was successfully installed. The new sequence number is 170525022.

    But in GUi and in SEPM I read that is not updated since 14/05/2017.

    I have lauched the manual intelligent update but i have an error:

    VIRSCAN.zip is not authorized for deployment. Error code : 104

    How can I solve ?

    First thing, run SymDiag on the affected system to do error checking. Download it here:

    Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues

    Let me know what it shows in regards to errors/issues, etc.

    I have contacted the sysadmin of the endpoint to execute the tool.
