    Hi There,

    I have a big problem with a Server 2011 SmB, with installed Symantec endpoint protection. 

    Everything was just fine, for some months ago, but recently I cannot login to the Symantec endpoint protection manager, I don´t even get a mail. 

    Just like my credentials doesn´t exists. 

    What to do ????? 

    I really need this solved to update the License.

    You need to call support, they should be able to reset the password for you.
