Endpoint Protection

Hi,


I have a small work group and am trying to push endpoint protection out via the management console , I can see the unmanaged computers whenI do a search , but when i select them and try to deploy, i get status "failed" , i have checked my logon credentials , I'm trying to push out to 64 bit clients , and i have selected the 64 bit install package, further to this idont know what to try ?


can anyone help ?

When you try to push via unknow computers  it wont give you the reason
alternatively what you can do it
go to C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\bin
open client remote.exe
select the package push it to one of 64bit box, check the error message.
