You need to provide Domain admin credentials while adding the clients for deployment.

The error message says Login Failed.

It might be a issue with the admin credentials. or firewall might be blocking.

Check these link it ll e helpful.

Hi, the Endpoint Protection is able to discover the device, but unable to login using the admin credentials. The Windows Firewall and other Windows services are disbled (same as other machiens which do not have issues). Please advise.

Provide the permission for C:/Temp folder on the remote computer.

Full access to everyone and try to deploy.

    It will work.

    Hope this helps.

Greetings, as I couldnt found the folder in C:\, I have changed the permission for “C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp” and “C:\WINDOWS\Temp” folders permission to Everyone and Full Control, but the result still remains the same.

can u try to installl the SEP client locally on that computer instead of pushing remotely.

Let us know what is happening.

If still installation is not successful upload the SEP_INST log for further analysis

    Location:

     “C:\WINDOWS\Temp”

Hi, my colleague had tried installing SEP client manually before, but it is not connected to the SEP Manager, which is not applicable.

Greetings, the installation has been applied by enabling remote registry service, however the current issue is, the newly installed SEP is not listed in SEP Manager’s clients console, and when trying to connect it  shows login error message. Is there anything I may have misssed?

The error message shows the installation unable to login using the credential provided after discovery, and it is not able to be installed in the remote computer. I've checked the troubleshooting proceedures in above links, but still could not solve it.

Tried SymHelp tool on the same PC after installation, it shows error message that it is not able to communicate with Manager, DNS (Winsock) 11001. It also shows warning message that Terminal Services is enabled and running in Application Server mode. Is there any solutions for these?
