Endpoint Protection

  • 1.  Endpoint Ver 11 and a 64-bit Windows 7 machine

    Our domain has mostly XP Professional 32-bit machines but we do have one Windows 7 64-bit laptop. Endpoint Manager does not see this machine to install the client. I have been able to install the client on all the other machines including another Windows 7 machine but it is 32-bit. So this appears to be 64-bit related.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I would suggest that we install endpoint as an unmanaged client on the machine in question. Later we can replace the sylink file from a working Windows 7 machine.
