    Our company environment:

    SEPM version: 11.0.400

    Enforcer version: 11.0.400

    SEP Client version: 11.0.400

Now, we plan to upgrade SEPM to 12.1.4, whether the enforcer must upgrade to 12.1.4 ? If we do not upgrade, client authentication will be the problem?

The SEP client we plan to upgrade in the next 6 months, the upgrade process will have acertification issues?

The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) and Symantec Network Access Control (SNAC) need to be running the same version and build.

    Check this artical.
