Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

We are currently running over 300 instances of Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (Cloud) across multiple locations. I have noticed that none of the agents are updating their protection version from nis-22.9 (to what I believe should now be nis-22.12.x. We recently installed from a new distribution and it deployed nis-22.11.x, however like the rest of the enviornment it did not update automatically via live update.

We don't use any local update hosts (although have in the past) and the virus definitions are updating correctly and the clients are reporting online and protected into the online portal.

NIS-22.9 is from last year and I assume that might be why it hasn't updated correctly at all.

However, have you checked to make sure any AV/firewall isn't blocking the updates? Have you tried to download the latest patch, or at least the patch from February 2018, installed it and then tried to run LiveUpdate?
