Hi all

I have some problems with my SEP

Environment:

Win 2008 R2 x64 with all patches - on Vmware

SEP 12.1.4 mp1a

Embedded Database

1 month ago I upgraded SEP from 12 ru2 mp1 – nothing happened(several restart server)

Yesterday I decided that I clean log from database, database hung

I restart server but DB not starting, I repaired DB(with add/remove program) and force recreation log: "dbsrv12 -f "C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\db\sem5.db”

DB was started but after restart server DB not starting

I’ve check ODBC but I see nothing – I add ODBC – that I have info that ODBC exist(yes I know x64 I check in c:\windows\syswow64\odbcad32)

I forced add ODBC, DB started but now I have error : “Error: Unexpected server error 0x10010000”

and Home, Monitors, and Report tabs are blank, command “log off” form SEPM not working

ODBC connection - ok

Log “scm-server-0” looks ok (licence ok) - but I see many entries : “THREAD XX INFO: Passwords in objects invalidated”

Please give me some advice what now

Again repair DB, maybe uninstall SEPM with remove DB and install again?

Java problem?

Any Idea?.....
