Error: "554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect"

    hi friends,
    my problem now is that to a customer when receives email of domain GMAIL.COM some arrive y other not. Not even when i place the account restricted in the option Acept Bad Sender.
    The error shown is (554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect).
     
    Your suggestions.

    Does this help

    Inbound Email is being rejected with a SMTP error "554 you are not allowed to connect" being reported from your Symantec Mail Gateway.
