  • 1.  Error Content-Length header is invalid

    Hello,

     

    When I try to download a file on website, I've received the following error message  "Server's response could not be processed. Content-Length header is invalid This could be caused by a malformed response, or possibly a misconfiguration."

    I've check out the policy trace about this access as well, follow it bellow:

     EXCEPTION(invalid_response): Content-Length header is invalid
        Last Error: Unexpected transaction termination on URL(http://www.pantanaltransmissao.com.br/unificado/formp.php), client IP(x.x.x.x), server IP(69.49.115.40): Content-Length header is invalid
        url.category: Business/Economy@Blue Coat
          total categorization time: 0
          static categorization time: 0
      server.response.code: 200
      client.response.code: 502

    How can I fix it? Thank you

    Hi Santos,

     

    5XX is error code means the error is from Server side, now in this type of scenario you can do following.

    1. If Proxy is doing SSL interception for above mentioned Website then disable it and try to access the Website again. if still the issue persist then might be some Upstream device or OCS is sending the illegitimate response.

    2. Do check with the Open Internet.
