Dear,

I have the following error to create a Web archive, this incident is a e-mail , could you tell me the cause of the error ?

How many incidents do you want to export?
Already have a saved report?

Is it an incident only or several?

Its the first time a save a report and no can say if with another incident pass the same.

I want to export all new incident for Network.

Is only an incident or many incidents and also if you are logging as Administrator or user within a Rol, since if it is per user you must verify if you have permission to export incidents with Web Archive, whether as administrator or with Any DLP user who has permission enabled, follow these steps:

1. Select the filter by date where your incidents were generated.
2. Add a User Name filter, protocol, policy, recipient, incident ID as you consider it according to what you want to do as a report.
3. Apply the filter you selected
4. Keep it and give it a name
5. Once the incidents have been identified with your report, follow the following path System> Incident Data> Web Archive
6. Select the name of your saved report
7. Name the Web Archive and click the create button.
8. Once finished exporting the incidents follows the following path in the Enforce server where the Web Archive was exported, for example:
E: \ SymantecDLP \ Protect \ archive

 It may  happens when you have many incident to archive because of timeout in your brower or any network systems.

If you have many incident to archive try to archive smaller number of incident at one time (for example by splitting your existing report used for archiving with a filter on incident ID).

You may also check if you have enough disk space to store your web archive.

Please check DLP log files in order to get more information about your issue as DLP event gives som einformation but not enough to analyze and solve problems.

I tried to create a web archive more short and the error its repeating, in the log of tomcat appears the folowing error,
