  • 1.  Error creating sites during installation SEP11

    Scenario. SERVER SBS2008. AD. DNS. No Exchange.
    During the installation of Symantec Enpoint Protection Manager 11, at the point where he created the site, i obtain this error. (see the file attacch).
    The installation not continues

    Are you using SQL?

    If yes then Re-install the  SQL client and run the  management server configuration wizard.

    You can try any one of the following solutions

    1. Perform a manual uninstall of previous components of the SEPM

    After this try installing SEPM again

    2. Install SEPM and the embedded data base to a different drive.

    I have unistalled the end point protection manager (from the control panel).
    After i have reinstalled the SEP protection manager in other disk (not in  c:\program files but in s:\program  files....ecc ecc)
    everythings works...
