I am not sure of the sysprep configuration, Just configure the deploy task, attached image (deploy imagen).
It may be that deployanywhere is causing the issues, check the "Skip missing critical drivers" box and then re-run the job.

I finish the process without errors, but I do not install any driver. I also do not run sysprep.
If you do not install any drivers with that checbox marked then I assume you are missing the drivers for that specific hardware. Are you sure sysprep is not running, how do you know?
