Hi Team, Error 1913 getting while install SEP 12.1.6 ,please suggest .

Is this being installed locally or from a network share?

Installing locally,
 

Try creating a new package from SEPM and installing it.

Yes it is tried , any other sugession

Have symdiag check for issues:

Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues

Do not cloes the prompt, 

Browse the .ini file and right click on it and go to the properties, uncheck the read only attribute and click OK.

Click on retry on the prompt. The install will finish.

isolate,ini file is not there in the mentioned path. I tried several times, this file does not get created/copied.

This file just shows the silo version.

Try copying the file over from a client with the same version.

It's a fresh install or upgrade? It looks either permission issue or file related issue. 

its fresh Installation with 12.1.6 , on Windows Server 2003 family Standard Edition sp2, Install failed, rolled back with error 1913

checked isolate.ini file and could not find.. We have re-installed Windows Installer and also repaired Windows Operating System. Unfortunately, getting same error.

Call Support, get the TestSec tool, it will check for permissions related to SEP install. Might help in this issue
