  • 1.  Error on Log Page while Exporting Logs

    Dear All,

    I am facing one issue while Exporting Logs from the SEPM although I am able to see the Logs and reports but when I try to export logs it shows blank screen and on doing refresh I am getting following Error.

    File or Directory Was Not Found/ The requested file or directory could not be located.

    How can I Export Logs from the SEPM.

    What exact SEPM version are you using ?

    Have you try locally or webconsole ?

    An error is displayed when creating a Top Risk Detections Correlation report in the SEPM

    Hi James,

    I am using SEPM Version 12.1.4013.4013 I going through locally by taking RDP of Server as well by Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Remote Console.

    No Error is displayed when creating a Top Risk Detections Correlation report plz go through the screenshot attached.

    Have you done aything in SEPM server ? have you check restart SEPM server?

    Have you try to repair SEPM console ?

    Yes I have set the permission as mentioned but it didn't work and James I haven't make any recent changes on SEPM Server.

    If above not work then suggest you to repair the server otherwise upgrade the SEPM in latest version SEPM 12.1 ru5
