Error message when setting bypass to "NO" on UMC

  • 1.  Error message when setting bypass to "NO" on UMC

    In the UMC,fter entering a proxy IP and port , I go to liveupdate server settings and want to change the following from

    Bypass Proxy

    Click Yes to bypass proxy.

    to

    Bypass Proxy

    Click No to bypass proxy.

    When I do this it says "Failed to connect to the server 'liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com' cannot be reached.

     

    Any help would be highly appreciated.
