error "sylink.xml file is missing or corrupted in this package"

    Hello,

    we are trying to insatll this new package Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP8_All_Clients_EN on our antivirus server.

    we get this error "sylink.xml file is missing or corrupted in this package" when it tries to unzip this file:

    Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP8_All_Clients_EN.zip.

    please let us know how we can solve this.
