    i have run the file system help and its giving me this error in client :

    Did you click the "Click here for Solution" box for further detail?

    You can disable autorun via GPO

    It's generally warning you to instal autorun as lots of virus's and infections use this feature as an attack vector when propigating on machines if it's disabled then they can't use it. Chec the Click here for solution button for more info.

    An the other is just adjustment to service permissions for one element of SEP if everything is working properly no need to adjust it.

    Brain i try but i could not find any policy or maybe i didnt look good , i am using win xp

    you can click on "click here for solution" link , it will redirect to Symantec KB to fix the issue. You should not be worried if the SEP client is working fine and communicating smoothly with the server.
