    Hello All,

    We are trying to upgrade from SEPM 12.1.4 to 12.1.5,installation went successful.After installation,we are unable to login to sepm console.

    Failed to connect to the server.make sure that the server is running and your session has not timed out.press "OK"

    Multiple reasons for it, make sure all the ports are open..mainly 8005 , 8443.

    1. Run the upgrade wizard located: 'C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin\upgrade.bat'
    2. Run the Management Server Configuration Wizard again to complete
    3. if it still fails post the scm-server0.log

    please attach the scm-server0.log and catalina.out found under tomcat\logs folder

    You can run the Management Server Configuration Wizard and check the issue is fixed or not.

    first try to restart all sepm related services and check

    which services are stopped? SEPM or DB?

    Did u run mangement server wizrd?
