  • 1.  Error while processing IT Analytics cubes

    HI

    We using CMS 7.5 both NS and SQL are on different box

    At the very first time all cubes process has been done successfully but the reports were not opening even dashboard reports showing and now again after few days when i tried to process cubes it giving error of Exception : A connection cannot be made. Ensure that the server is running.

    please check information from this thread https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/it-analytics-error-reports-after-sp1-upgrade

    • Verify that your Analysis and Reporting server are accessible from your NS server (Also recheck settings on ITA configuration page).

    both Analysis and Reporting servers are accessible properly.

    And all settings are also correct on ITA Configuration page?

    Correct credentials, correct Analysis Server name and Report Server URL? No problem with resolving of FQDN and hostnames between NS and ITA database?
