  • 1.  error while upgrading from SEPM 12.1.6 MP5 to SEPM 14 MP2

    Required your help on below issues :-

    During the Upgrade from SEPM 12.1.6 MP5 to SEPM 14 MP2, a warning that indicates that Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager services require user rights in Windows security policies

    Below Services was already peresent

    NT SERVICE\semsrv
    NT SERVICE\semwebsrv

    can't able add below logon services​
    NT SERVICE\SQLANYs_sem5
    NT SERVICE\semapisrv*

    Did it throw an error and the install quit? I believe it may just be a warning, which doesn't stop the install.

    No,It quit the installation.

    Kinldy find error snap attached.

    i don't see the error message but it sounds related to this issue: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH228988.html if it doesn't help you may have to open a case with the tech support for help
