I have a user who is using Symantec 11 on an Windows XP system with Eudora 7.1 email software.   Symantec placed the complete Inbox in quarantine and showed the virus definition as inbox.mbx.   Has any one else seen this behavior?  I do believe there was an actual virus, but why did it not just quarantine that message instead of complete mail box?   Thanks   Tom

You actually need to exclude those kinds of files..  Then let the Internet Email AutoProtect do it's job for attachment's a user opens.

There is a KB about how to exclude the Exchange on SEP:

You can take this for a reference.
