    Hi everyone,

    My SEP Management server is showing a particular error every few minutes in the event log:

    Type: Application
    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: SescLU
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 13
    Date:  24/09/2009
    Time:  7:45:16 AM
    User:  N/A
    Computer: SERVER
    Description:
     LiveUpdate returned a non-critical error.  Available content updates may have failed to install.


    I am using version 11.0.4202.75

    I have searched the net for some solutions but I cant find anything useful. Anyone have any ideas?

    Can you check whether your SEPM is updated?

    If no try to launch liveupdate manually in server and see whether it is giving any error..

    Hi ,

    SescLu handles client content updates that come via Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM), Third Party Management (TPM) or Group Update Provider (GUP).

    this issue gets resolved when new squence of Liveupdate are  downloaded. Check this link should resolve the issue.
