try to reinstall JVM & also check your PATH for java execution.

Dowanload and install Java Virtual Machine manually.

Plesae check whether you have administrative permission on the machine before installing the JVM.

go to the link : http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp & download Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 18 from there. & try to resolve.
