    Hi,

    We have recently created a EDM profile that contains our client details database. According to the logs, the import succeeded with no errors.

    The columns included in the profile, are Email Address, First Name and Last Name.

    As a test we have created a Policy that monitors for the Email Address and if it finds 1 or more matches it should trigger an event.

    Unfortunately we cannot get DLP to raise any events for this policy.

     

    Could someone please help us to troubleshoot this issue?
