I have created 3 new fields through SD.Data.Integeration and submitted a new case through advanced incident form successfully, then I can found the 3 new fields containing the corrected value from MS SQL Studio. But when SD.IncidentManagement starts escalation, it prompts exception message on Process View Page. A part of exception message is about ".....System.Exception: Execution Exception ---> System.Exception: data value Escalation_Count does not exist at LogicBase.Core.Data.OrchestrationData.set_item(String name, Object value).....". Escalation_Count should be a default field and already existed in Ensemble, it is not a custom field. For the details, pls find the attached file. Thanks.
