  • 1.  Exclude Email Signatures from DLP Scanning

    Dears 

     

    i need to know if there a solution to exclude the signatures in the emails from being scanned by DLP and also to exclude the images in the signatures.

     

    Also , if  i can exclude some images from being sent to OCR Engine 

     

    DLP Version 15.0 MP1

    we are challenged by the email signature images too.  even if your company used a standard naming convention for the image there would be no way to exclude those of outside persons.
