    Hello


    Could you tell me how it is possible to exclude some direcotries or files (not extensions) from on-demande scan and/or on access scan ?

    I think what you are looking for is under "Centralized Exceptions".  You can create a centralized exception policy that excludes files, folders, and more.  This is available under the Policies view.
