    Hello Symantec Community,
Is there any way to Exclude Folders from Auto-Protect for Single Clients ? Like in the old Symantec System Center.
I know there is a way to do this with the policies but i want to avoid this, because therefore i have to create a policy for every exception.

    Thank you for your help
    Fail

Policies are always applied to groups in SEP 11.0 and not to individual clients.
If you want to make such exclusions then create a new group , move the client , create an exclusion and you need to apply it to the group.

Policies cannot be appplied to a single client, its always appplied to group..

Also if  you want to create exclusions for a single client then install the client as an unmanaged  and then add the exclusion for Auto protect

The only option available is creating exceptions on the client side as prachand suggested. You cannot make any policy changes on a single client it has to be on a group.
