Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

I am beginning the 1st of a number of  migrations from On Prem Symantec EP to Sym Cloud EP for clients and am working on my 1st client site

• I've created policies for the Machine Groups that need to be classified in certain ways.
• Under program Control, I've added the discovered programs that I want to control

The customer has a key application that the software vendor requires be run from a mapped drive pointing to a share on a server. 

• I cant add it to the Discovered Program as this only shows programs on the local computer
• how do I manage this application as it keeps getting blocked by the SEPCloud client

Have you tried adding under Custom Exclusions?
