After installing sep 14.0.1.MP1 on windows 10 1607 edition, explorer.exe hangs. when i right click on desktop and click on refresh windows hangs. after 2-3 mins it came back to normal.
it work ok if you uninstall or stop SEP?
yes it works without sep, i tried to install sep without firewall and it works perfectly fine. i am going through with the same problem which this thread user is going on https://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/windows-defender-firewall-sep-1401-14-ru1-build-3752
Make sure you get a case opened up as they'll need advanced debug logs while the problem is re-produced.
