  • 1.  Exporting report from Filters

    Hi, 

    I have created one filter from Manage-filters-Software filter-Application

    Now i want to export this report & i am not able to locate save as options to export that report. 

    This is happening with all the filters i hhave created & with builtin filters as well

    Is there any way to export the filter's data?

    Hi,

    If you're using a 7.5 or 7.5 SP1 release, then there is no "Save As" control available in "Filters".

    You can export this filter data via "Data Connector" or create a separate SQL Report, using SQL Query from this Filter.

    Note:

    • In ITMS 7.6 Snowbird customer is able to "save as" data from a "Filter" in a .csv or HTML file.

    Can you suggest some SQL Query for the same ; 

    I need the data in below format:

    Sr.No. Software Name Version Edition Publisher Hostname User ID Domain Installation date  & Time Last time used by date & Time Last  Time logged into network Last time Full inventory received
