  • 1.  Fail to connect to all message labs server.

    Last week we stopped being able to send to any of our clients or vendors that use message labs.  We cannot connect to the server.  We get a connection disconnect.  Please assist, we are only having this problem with customers of Messagelabs.

    We too are having similar problems. Only customers that emails route through messagelabs servers. They can send to us but our replies never get there.

    Can see a successful connection on our SMTP logs on our outbound mail server. Had two customers last week with the issue but received bounce backs. Now no bounce backs but more customers.

    Let us know if you have a resolution.

    If you are unable to connect at all, or get disconnected before the SMTP conversation starts, please check your IP address is not listed on CBL (https://www.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi) or other similar DNSBLs.

    If you can provide your sending IP, I can perform a check to see if it has any restrictions on it.
