I am trying to push to two of my computers and I am still useing the unregistered version of GSS 2.0 but it doesnt want to push the client to either of my computers.  The one that it does push the client to has been a computer with original format since i started playing with GSS but now two of the computers i have imaged a few times and done reinstalls of OS's on wont allow for the client push.  I tried to do it manually but it doesnt find the GSS server even when i tell it where it is.  If it is because i have reached a 10 computer limit that is fine but i cant see any other reason it would be not working.  All the settings are correct from what i can tell and all the computers can PING eachother as well so i know the network connections are fine.

    Hello,
If you've reached the 10 computer limit Console should inform you of that when you try a remote client install.

If the client machine you are trying to install to is running XP SP2 or Vista there are some settings that may be preventing the install.

There is mention of how to prepare these machines for remote installation somewhere in the Ghost_Imp_Guide.pdf file (located in the Ghost install folder), just search for 'remote installation' and you should find it.

The main settings you'd need to change are:
    * Administrator user account needs to have a password
    * 'File and Printer Sharing' enabled in the firewall.
    * XP machines in a workgroup needs 'Use simple fire sharing' unchecked (My Computer -> Tools -> Folder Options -> View tab)
    * Vista machines needs the build in Administrator account turned on.

    Cheers,
    Bruce
