Ghost Solution Suite

When try to install ghost client on remote machines in the domain operation fails with this errors:

Failed to Install:
Error (31): Copy failed for file:  InstMsiW.exe (some time file differs: Client.msi)

Even if i try remote uninstall i recive same error.

Other details:

Ghost Solution suite 11.5.1 Italian on windows Xp computer in Windows 2008r2 Domain.
Computer Client Windows XP or Windows Vista with Windows Firewall active and Avast antivirus in Windows 2008r2 Domain.

On client :
- user administrator active with password
- File and Printer Sharing active
- All ghost exception active (and File and Printer Sharing) on local firewall

If I try to copy manually files from ghost server computer on remote machine  with same account for remote installation it works.
Manual setup from client work too.

Any ideas for correct remote install?

Prasanna, thank you, documents are useful but i can't solve the problem.

1) Ghost solution Suite is correctly installed and files on "C:\Program Files\Symantec\Ghost\ClientInstall" are presents
2)Client is setup to receive an install
3) On the Ghost Console machine if I go on Start >Run and type \\PCA1P00\C$ i correctly see files and folders
4) On the Ghost Console machine if I go on Start >Run and type CMD and in dos shell i type \\PCA1P00\C$ i recive error "The network name cannot be found".
5) On the Ghost Console machine if I go on Start >Run and type CMD and in dos shell i type xcopy somefiles \\PCA1P00\C$\ works correctly

I think problem is on network configuration but where?

I removed antivirus (avast managed) from Ghost Console Machine and  it seems to work now. (Why did not I think of that before? )

I still doubt on this:
if i go on dos shell i type \\PCname\C$ i recive error "The network name cannot be found".
If i do directly on Start\Run it works correctely.

anyone know if this is correct or what does the error?
