Thank you Thomas, after registry key modification issue resolved. that key was missing

Please post the sep_inst.log you can get it from start->run-> %temp% folder.

Check the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DevicePath" the value should include %systemroot%\inf, if the entry is missing or blank, the data value needs to be added. A reboot is required for the change to take effect.
