    Hello,

     

    Since I've applied the SCU 2015-1 and PACU 2015-7 I have the following error for all collection reports :

    The Collection-Evaluation-Reporting job failed to complete. The job details are as follows.

Job run status: Failed.
Job run start time: Tuesday, May 12, 2015 11:47:31 AM (UTC+01:00) Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris.

Error details: An error occurred in Data Collection activity: Unable to retrieve list of Assets from ADAM: Failed to load the type Symantec.CSM.ESM.Configuration.ConfigHelper from assembly Symantec.CSM.ESM.Configuration.

     

    I'm not using ESM at all, so I don't know why this error looks like an ESM error.

    I already restarted my CCS manager but I still have the issue.

    CCS version 11.1

    Hi there,

    just ran into the same issue on version 11.1 - check out http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH228300 - applying that QuickFix did the trick for me (top right - "attachments"). This fix is actually mentioned in the readme for the SCU http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/security/CCS/scu/2015.05.04/11.1/SCU_2015-1_Release_Notes.pdf - for a slightly different reason though..

    Same for version 11.0 bit then kb http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH228301 applies.
