    Each VIP Developer Test Drive is designed for developers. There's no fancy installer or flashy graphics, but the download does include documentation, code, and command-line tools.


    Experience writing SOAP clients and using client authenticated SSL helps, but that experience is not required. The VIP Authentication Service Developer Test Drive is a fairly simple API.
