commond collect file fingerprint list symantec status failed, do we know reason for this, please advise
Where does it show this and did you run the command from SEPM? How many clients did it fail on? Try running again.
Command from SEPM and command status shows as error, one system at present, system is online but failing. tried two times got same error.
