Firstly, if you haven't done so already, restart the servers (the entire server not just the services) and see if it persists.
If it still occurs, If you have IDM or EDM profiles active when you upgraded, it may be the cause (I have seen an issue with Indexing when ugrading to 14.5). I'd suggest upgrading to v14.5 Maintenance Pack 1 (MP1) if you haven't already and also reindexing any indexes you have, then restarting the Endpoint Servers.
Worst case scenario, just uninstall the software on the Endpoint Servers and reinstall fresh - just save the certificates in the keystore folder and any plugins/config you've set manually in the local files. Since all the configuration is pushed to them from Enforce (and saving the certificates means you don't have to regenerate agent packages), this takes no time at all and solves a lot of problems.
