File Share Encryption

Running Encryption Management Server 3.4.1 MP2.  Client 10.4.1 MP2 on Windows 10 Enterprise.  I've imported group leys into the management console.  When I try to create a new encrypted share, no users (or groups) other than the one I'm logged in as show up in the key source.    Users and groups show up under consumers in the console.  What am I missing?  I followed this as a guide also. 

I found my poblem.  When adding the users, you have to use the search box.  I was expecting them to just show up as a list.
