    Hi,

I'm unable to upgrade my version of SSR 2011 MS to SP2 using Symantec Installation Manager.

The validation process for a number of downloaded files is failing, in the Log Viewer it shows that the file hash does not match.

Does anyone know if the reference hashes can be wrong in the symantec.pl.xml for the msi files it is complaining about

I have tried deleting the files so that SIM down loads them again, but it fails the validation everytime.

Alternatively can I download these files manually on a different pc and transfer them across to the NS server?

You can contact support and refer the article :TECH143387

The steps include that you will have to download a file called sha256hash.zip.

Need to get the correct file hash for the solutions by running the exe file included in the zip and replace the new file hash tag in the symantec.pl.xml file.

    Thanks
