Does anyone know how to force an agent to re-try a patch with a status us "Failed to install"? I am installing PM 7 and testing with several computers; one of these computers had the Windows Update service stopped so all of my patches failed. All new policies are working, but i want to force the first policy to start over again. Can i do something with that agent to force a restart? I know i am going to have failures in the future and I would like to know how to fix these as the come up with out deleting the policy and recreating it. Thanks in advance for any advice.
Double-click the patch in the end-user's UI
Alternatively use AeXPatchUtil.exe /xa

Patch allows a maximum of 3 failed installs before halting. A restart of the OS will clear things up and allow patches to re-attempt installation.
I went home for the night and the next morning everything had installed successfully. I believe this was due to a reboot in the night. Thanks for the input to both of you.
