Somehow I forgot password for sepm and I can't reset it.
I tried open a case so I can recieve resetpass.bat but got

Looks like your running 11.x which is end of support life. I don't believe you'll be able to get it for 11.x from support. However, it should be in the Tools directory on the SEPM server. Did you check there?
From the screenshot it looks like you are using SEPM version 11.x with which you will have the resetpass.bat in the default location.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools
user name will be admin
password will be admin
all in lower case., are you on version 12 or 11?

Tried with 11.0.5 and 12.1 sound contradictory statment. Kindly confirm the exact version of SEPM?
If the account has been locked out due to repeated logon attempts, the resetpass.bat tool does not unlock the account. The default lockout period is 15 minutes.
Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 1 Maintenance Patch 1 (RU1 MP1) or greater does not use resetpass.bat and it has been removed from the Tools directory.
