  • 1.  FORM RECOGNITION DETECTION -- symantec dlp 14.5

    We are on 14.5 both detection servers and agents, after removing the ImageExtractorPlugin from the ContentExtraction.DisabledPlugins
    field (.  When Navigating to Manage > Data Profiles - there is no Form Recognition in the dropdown.  I have full admin credentials, the servers have been rebooted.  
    Not sure whats preventing me from going forward

    DO you have the form recognition license? It's not bundled with DLP suite, it's a seprate license. You can see licenses under general setting tab.
