    Hello friends,
    
    In the company they need a function in which in a support area they can do the following:
    
    When you receive a phone call in the Cisco module, the form automatically starts to create an incident.
    
    This may be possible ??
    
    I hope you can help me with tips or tricks to do this activity if possible.

    Is there an SDK or API you can use with Cisco Module?

    If you can determine when the call starts you could call a script to open a web form at the Incident Creation form.
