Will SEE allow you to format USB Sticks or USB Drives?

Apparantly we have some users who want to format the disk, but the removableStorageService.exe is locking the USB device.  If they unlock this process, then they can format it.

Is it possible that this process is the same process that makes sure that when new files are written to the disk they are encrypted?

As per the working it seems that it adheres to a set of rules or policies. Unblocking the process is as good as turning OFF the protection. I will get back to you with more information as soon as its available with me.

What would the supported best practice be on Fromatting USB Hard Drives if the process stops this from happening?
