I kicked off a Full Scan and I can Pause the Scan as a user but I can not find where to go to Snooze?  I have setup the snooze functionality in SEPMC but I cant seem to find where the snooze feature is...

 After you have configured snooze options from SEPM
Once the scan is running and you click Pause you will get the option to snooze

Is this only for a Scheduled Scan?  Because I am manually kicking off a Full Scan and when I pause it I do not get these options...

I think if you run a custom scan from clients tab user will get Snooze option

 When launching a local scan you won't get the snooze option.
Ideally, If you want to run a scan now at the same time why would you want to snooze it at the max you may want to pause it.

In a local scan you can anytime re-schedule it so the snooze option is not there.

Strangely I get pause, but not snooze from our weekly scheduled scan. Policy is set with both pause and snooze checked. Exactly what is the difference betwen snooze and pause?

 You get snooze only after you pause the scan.

If you pause a scan it stop at wherever you paused then you can start the scan from the same place where you paused.But here you cannot close the Scan Dialog box.


In Snooze the scan will restart from start after the time you tell it to.Here you can close the Scan Window.

Snooze is what we do with our Alarm Watch in the morning.
