Gateway Email Encryption

Hi, I am running SEMS in my envirnment. I am configuring the Gateway email encryption only. The mail server is hosted by another Internet Service Provider. The placement of SEMS is "Internal Placement". I have completed the installation but cannot see any traffic. I have added the domain and mail server under "Mail routes". Am I missing something here?

Please bear with me. I am new to Encryption.

Hi, in Internal placement configuration, how do I route/configure the mails from the clients to the the SEMS server?

I'm interested to know if this is possible. We currently host our Exchange server on premise and are researching moving to a hosted Exchange solution. However, we must use PGP and support told me that the Symantec Gateway Email Encryption powered by PGP is not supported for cloud hosted Exchange, only works on premise.
